my favorite things ♫

This month has actually been pretty crazy for me. I went to New York with my friend and saw my very first on Broadway show, the play I have been involved in opened and closed, my DI team is advancing to the Global competition in Tennessee,  and I started this awkward blog. With all of my adventuring this month, I had plenty of time to try new things and develop a certain preference
for certain things. Without further ado, here is my list of favorite things from the month of April.

Favorite snack:

Recently I’ve been completely obsessed with these mango crisps. They have no additional sugar or ingredients, its literally just freeze dried mango in a little bag. I have to say, these things are delish! If I could eat theme all day, every day, I totally would. The only con about them is that they are kind of pricey, ranging around $4, depending on where you buy them. But honestly, they are a lot more filling then you could expect them to be, so I say it’s totally worth it!

Favorite article of clothing:

A couple of weeks ago I went shopping with my mom and my sister for some new things for summer. Having checked out the website beforehand, I was determined to visit a store called LoveCulture. The past times I have visited this store, I haven’t been that impressed. While the prices were affordable for an unemployed teenage girl, I didn’t find the clothes that appealing. This time, however, I managed to snatch this amazing Batman inspired muscle tee (the one on the right in the picture). Lately, I’ve been really loving the muscle tee trend, so I was super excited to have one of my own! It fits really nicely, and the fabric is super soft! The one bad thing is that when I washed it, some of the ink kind of came off and the design was less intense.

Favorite technology:

A couple days ago my sister Chloe purchased this ah-mazing camera called the Canon Rebel T3I. I already had really high expectations, but when the package came in the mail I was literally blown away. The video and photography on that thing is crazy high-def, and I cannot wait to steal it from her! (Shh…lol). While it is a bit expensive, it totally pays off. If you know that this camera will be put to good use, I definitely would say yes. And if you were wondering, that is a picture of my dog. My sister took that picture with the Rebel and I thought it would be relevant so that you guys could see the picture quality. My dog is not a camera.

Favorite album/song:
I know I sound like a total Tumblr kid when I say this, but I honestly am completely in love with the new Fall Out Boy album, "Save Rock And Roll".  I haven't really been a Fall Out Boy fan, but this album seriously rocks. It includes songs featuring Big Sean and Elton John, which is kind of crazy. If you like Panic! At the Disco, or any other slightly punk band, you'll probably love Save Rock And Roll.

That pretty much wraps it up for my favorites! I hope this inspired you to comb through everything you've used or bought during the past month, and develop a list of your own.
Happy May Day!
xo Camille
